Seyifara Foundation is now accepting nominations
Our mission at Seyifara Foundation is to bring hope to families experiencing hardship by offering them the support they need and Christmas gifts that brighten their season.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBLE NOMINATIONS
– Nominations must be submitted within the submission window determined by the Seyifara Foundation to be considered eligible.
– Seyifara Foundation will only accept nominations that are submitted through the Nomination Form Link.
– All information provided in the Nomination Form must be true, complete and accurate for both the nominated family and the person(s) submitting the Cheer for Families in Need (CFN) Nomination Form.
– The family nominated must have physical custody of at least one (1) child under the age of 18 living within the household to qualify as an eligible CFN family recipient.
– To be considered an eligible nomination and be a qualified nominator, the person(s) submitting the nomination cannot live within the household either currently and/or have future plans to live within the family household of the family being nominated.
– Seyifara Foundation does not accept self-nominations: Nomination Forms will not be accepted if the person(s) submitting the Nomination Form is also the recipient or the beneficiary of CFN in any tangible way.
– Person(s) who is considering or have submitted a Nomination Form must agree to a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement: Family nominated by person(s) must have no knowledge that they may be considered or have been accepted as a CFN family recipient – All information must remain undisclosed to the CFN family recipient regarding the entire CFN nomination process (Information includes: any prior knowledge directly communicated to the family of nomination submission, any information provided in nomination submission, knowledge of inclusion in CFN nominations, or any prior knowledge that they will be a CFN recipient).
– The person(s) submitting nomination must agree to further communication & exchange of information with Seyifara Foundation Representative(s) immediately following the close of the CFN submission window – If person(s) is unable to further communication/exchange information regarding the family nominated, the family nomination may be disqualified.
Details to consider
– All nomination submissions must be submitted within the submission window.
– Submissions are only valid for the current year season.
– Please be as descriptive as possible.
– Due to the number of nominations, not every family will be chosen.
– Nominators MUST be available for questions and assistance for SF representatives to successfully provide the CFN gift.
– Nominators will be contacted directly if their nominated family is chosen as well as the nominated family in need.
– Self-Nominations are not accepted nor eligible to receive our Cheer for Families in Need Christmas Gift.
- Nominations submitted after November 30th, will not be considered.
Once we have received all the nominees, our board will get together and vote on who we feel needs assistance the most. Winners will be notified via sms, phone, or email no later than December 5th, 2025. The winning family/families will be posted on all our Facebook page as well as our website.
